Valkids spaces

To enable the little ones to fully appreciate their first turns on the snow, Val d’Isère offers a dedicated children’s area on the heights of Solaise: the ValKids areas.

The ValKids play trail and play area continue to grow. Children will find an igloo, fixed binoculars with free access to observe the mountain, a mini-tyrolean traverse to have fun on the heights of Solaise and many modules installed on play trails to learn while having fun! The lammergeier fun trail!

One of Val d’Isère’s strongest symbols, the lammergeier, is dedicated to a fun trail on Bellevarde. All along the descent, you’ll discover a scenography based on local fauna and natural materials, in the tradition of the Lost Village, with the strong meaning of a bird of standing from the Vanoise National Park. Inspired by land art, the overall universe is broken down into different modules, including: a ski tunnel dressed as a lammergeier, a strong and significant entrance arch, a giant feather that can be activated as a xylophone, and an arch with a game to tap. A toboggan run

To discover the first sensations of sliding, grab your toboggan and come and hurtle down this track dedicated to this activity, located on the snow front next to the Savonette slope.

Boarder cross

To perfect your skiing technique, head for the Solaise massif where the junior “P’tit cross” is located. On this slope, several fun exercises will take shape as you descend. View the piste here on the map.

The lost village Unusual and fun

Don’t forget to make a detour to the Lost Village! A free outdoor play and relaxation area located at an altitude of 2000m, in the heart of the larch trees of the Etroits forest. Children can walk on suspended footbridges and enter an eagle’s nest. Accessible on skis, this superb area is a delight for young and old alike!

Please note that this trail is ungroomed and requires a good level of skiing. We’ll leave you to explore the Daille side to find this beautiful little “lost” village.

2. Mini electric snowmobile

Evolution 2 offers your children an unforgettable experience!
On a closed and secure circuit in the heart of the Val d'Isère resort, they will be able to try their hand at piloting an electric snowmobile.

Discover our electric snowmobiles designed for young adventurers! Safe and child-friendly, they offer a fun and secure driving experience.

The circuit, created in 2020, welcomes children aged 5 to 12. For groups (minimum 4 children), contact us for special requests.

Driving course (1h)

The circuit has 4 mini snowmobiles.
The maximum number of children on the track is 4.
We are used to managing large groups and we organize rotations easily in the form of relay games.

The activity is accessible from 5 to 12 years old.
The activity is carried out on a closed and enclosed circuit in accordance with Articles L.362-1 to 4 of the Environmental Code.
Ski boots prohibited.
Driving course - 1 hour by reservation only.
Discovery session - 10 minutes with or without reservation.

3. Swimming pool

Dive into the Aquasportif center’s swimming pool! Discover its 416 m2 play pool with current river, water cannons, massaging jets, paddling pool and bubble benches!

It’s a world of fun for the little ones, and you can also take swimming lessons and sign up for free activities!

4. Dog sledding

Admire snow-covered landscapes while dog sledding! A unique moment where you’ll discover an unparalleled complicity between the racing dogs and their master.

5. Farm visit

Meet the farm animals!

Cows, chickens, sheep, pigs… the stable at Ferme de l’Adroit opens its doors to you during the day, so you and your family can enjoy this magical place.
For those with a sweet tooth, there’s a store selling farm cheeses and regional products.

6. Interactive games E-wall At the Centre Aquasportif
